Platinum: Two tune-ups per year for a single piece of equipment with a 3 hour service call response time

• Mini-Split System
• Inspection of outdoor coil and fan
• Clean outside of unit
• Clean electrical compartment 
• Inspection of indoor units
• Wash rinsable filters
• Take temperature differential in cooling or heating mode
• Possible recommendations:
• Clean outdoor coil
• Clean indoor coil
• Clean indoor blower wheel
• 80% Efficient Furnace
• Inspect furnace cabinet 
• Verify proper ignition sequence
• Clean flame sensor
• Measure resistance of hot surface ignitor
• If system uses spark ignition, clean electrodes
• Possible recommendations:
• Combustion analysis
• Adjust gas valve
• Humidifier maintenance
• 90% Efficient Furnace
• Inspect furnace cabinet 
• Verify proper ignition sequence
• Clean flame sensor
• Measure resistance of hot surface ignitor
• If system uses spark ignition, clean electrodes
• Possible recommendations:
• Combustion analysis
• Adjust gas valve
• Humidifier maintenance
• Replace neutralization media
• Install neutralizer 

• Hydronic Gas Boiler 80% Efficient
• Inspect boiler and near boiler piping
• Verify proper ignition sequence
• Inspect expansion tank
• Vacuum and clean combustion compartment
• Clean burner tubes if necessary
• Verify operation of zone valves (Up to four)
• Possible recommendations:
• Combustion analysis
• Adjust gas pressure
• Change/add/replace air eliminator
• Steam Boiler (Does not include scavenger loops)
• Inspect boiler and near boiler piping
• Verify proper ignition sequence
• Vacuum and clean combustion compartment
• Drain and fill boiler one time
• Verify operation of low water cutoff
• Verify relief valve is 15 psi
• Verify operation of Pressuretrol
